Locks

- The lock is universal. It is applied in fire-prevention and smoke-tight (smoke-tight, anti-smoke) doors.
- Designed for European cylinder profile (offered by default) and Swiss round cylinder profile (other version). It is necessary to specify when ordering which version is needed.
- Dornmass, or backset (distance from the center  of the cylinder (handle) to the front part of the faceplate), – 35 mm (stock program is supported); 25, 30, 40 and 45 mm on request. It is necessary to specify when ordering which version is needed.
- The front front panel (shtulp) exists in different types and sizes:
a) F (flat rectangular 3 mm thick), R (flat radius 3 mm thick), U (U or U-shaped with bends, plate thickness 3 mm (excluding bends), including bends, the thickness of the faceplate is 6 mm);
b) with a width of 20 mm or 24 mm;
c) with a length of 270 mm or 320 mm.
The shtulp is replaceable. It is necessary to specify when ordering which version is needed.

- Square pin hole (square shaft, square) 9 mm.
- The distance between the centers of the handle and the cylinder (core) is 92 mm for the European profile of the cylinder and 94 mm for the Swiss round profile of the cylinder.
- The body of the lock is galvanized.
- Latch DIN (tongue) lock left/right reversible, reversible without tools.
- The latch can be actuated with a handle or a key on both sides. It can be locked and unlocked with a key on both sides (without using a handle).
- The reversible latch automatically swings back 12 mm to the locked position.
- The course of a crossbar for one turn – 20 mm.
- Anti-burglary bolt.
- Screw connection of parts of the lock (repairability).
- Oval handles on the cylinder can be screwed through the lock (holes are provided for attaching handles not only with a horizontal arrangement, but also with a vertical one.
- Lock for actuating the push handle without spring to hold it in the up position.
- Mortise lock for use in swing doors.
- Small rear backset - 15mm.
- High corrosion resistance.
- The thickness of the lock body is only 15.5 mm.
- Tested for 1 million cycles and 300 kg of door weight.
- Compliance with DIN EN 12209.
- Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) in accordance with EN 15804.
